Considering starting a small agency dedicated to crm

Hiiii, happy holidays and things. I've been specializing in 0 to 1 projects and helped companies build their crm function from scratch. As hectic this is but i absolutely love it! And now considering to build an agency that only helps small to medium business build their crm campaigns that suita their brands at a much lower cost. So wanted to get any advices you have, and if it's considered a valid idea or not? Thank youuu
