Best personal CRM?

What would y'all recommend as the best omni-channel personal CRM?

For example, I want something that will let me track all my interactions, say via email, WhatsApp and Instagram with a given a contact, in some sort of a unified inbox.

And then be able to slice and dice my list of contacts to send out say holiday greeting emails with merge fields, or setup reminders to followup with someone.
