Performing a CRM Migration soon – nonprofit CRM – anyone done this and any nightmarish things that came up in your experiences?

Hi All,

I'll be performing a CRM migration soon from one nonprofit CRM to another. I know these systems can get really hairy when there's a lot of different applications and processes going. For me we are only migrating about 4000 constituent records.

Has anyone encountered unexpected or nightmarish things during a migration? ie data inconsistencies, data mappings, etc.
