CRM-like software for personal use?

Apologies if this sounds like the most inane thing ever or has been mentioned before. I'm in sales and use a CRM for my professional life obviously.

Is there a good program to act as a CRM for my personal life? For example, I have quite a few connections I don't interact with often but would still like to stay in touch with, know when birthdays are, etc.

I'm honestly not a social media fan at all and most of my contacts are not on the same platforms anyway. Very few are on Facebook, I don't really use, or want to use Twitter or Instagram.

Ideally, something that could hold contact info and notes about each person.
