Career advice for new grad

Currently working as a BA/PM in the salesforce ecosystem (< 1 YOE). I was talking to my seniors in the industry and all of them believe that SFDC has peaked and is now plateauing/in decline. As someone fairly new to the corporate world, I am not sure if it’s a good idea to stay in the Salesforce realm. Would you suggest a different platform to specialize in? If so, which one and why? Thanks for your input!
