CRM Recommendation For Specific Task

Hi. I'm building a CRM for a small business with an open invitation to choose any platform, but I'm struggling to find one that works well for what I want to do.

The CRM I want to build would be updated programmatically to keep its info up to date. I already have the source table in the database. What I need is a CRM with an API to move the table to it initially, and add a notes column from the CRM's side. Then each day a script would run to add new customers, or update customers' information as needed, but keep the existing notes in tact.

So far I've looked at Clickup, Salesforce, and Budibase.
