Help w/ crm

I searched before posting but really struggling to find a CRM solution for my business.

My needs:

• Inbox (basically filters my email so it’s just emails from my leads/clients that I add to the CRM – my current email gets very cluttered and hard to keep up with)
• Automated/personalized emails (basically when a lead comes through I can set up automations to reach out / follow up with no response / stop sending emails when they reply or book a call etc
• Know when I last reached out to someone / last contacted someone at a quick glance (ie last contacted: sept 29th)
• Piper line/deal kanban visual

Currently I use folk . app and activecampaign separately but I’m looking for an all in one solution
