I need a CRM where incoming texts and emails go to the same place/same inbox. Suggestions?!

We are primarily an email based business. However about 10% of our clients insist on texting us, which is frustrating because it gives us another communication medium we have to check and account for with record keeping. I'm looking for a CRM that will turn incoming texts at a given number into emails, and then send those emails to our inbox or CRM system, from which we can reply. Whether clients are contacting us via text or email, I want it to go to the same place, and I want to be able to reply from the same place. Does anybody know of anything like that?
