Community Summit 2023 #MySummitNA – a pleasant sum up!

The Dynamics 365 Community Summit in North America was a resounding success, with attendees raving about the amazing experience, the opportunity to network with like-minded techno geniuses in a knowledge-rich environment, and the keynote sessions that left them eager to return next year. Team Inogic was honored to be a part of this prestigious event, and we had a truly magnificent time.

How did #MySummitNA in 2023 look?

1. The Dynamics 365 Community Summit, North America was graced by 5,500 total attendees (about 4,500 user attendees and 1,000 partner attendees) and 234 sponsors representing Consultants, Systems Integrators, ISVs, and more. 30+ Academy Classes were offering CPE credits.
2. It offered a comprehensive overview of the Dynamics 365 platform, covering all major products and services, including F&O (AX), CE (CRM), Business Central (NAV), Dynamics GP, Dynamics SL, and Power Platform. The content was tailored to attendees at all levels of experience, providing valuable insights for those new to Dynamics, as well as those looking to migrate to or optimize their existing Dynamics environment.
3. The Summit featured 650+ impressive training sessions on a wide range of topics, from manufacturing in Business Central/NAV to power tools for Dynamics GP to conscious leadership and underutilized Business Central features, and 30+ Academy Classes offering CPE credits.
4. The keynote sessions of 2023 were not just restricted to the existing platforms but also highlighted AI as an important pillar of future technology
5. A half-day partner preconference built with Microsoft to deliver an understanding of priorities, working with the Field Sales Team, navigating the partner center, and learning from those having the greatest success was a popular session
6. The keynote kicked off with a new initiative called the “Community Summit Scholarship” in partnership with TechFluent where the attendees were introduced to 13 scholarship winners joining at Summit this year to start their “user” journey.
7. The event could be added to multiple calendar options this year including Google, iCal, Outlook, and Yahoo
8. Recognition of new All-Stars, Legends, and other awards in the “For User, By User” fashion of acknowledging excellence was a highlight
9. Esther Fournier shared her user journey through a very complex integration project of multiple companies coming together into one, and a special “gift” that she and Dynamic Communities CEO, John Siefert, share!
10. Special Guest who changed the male-dominated NASCAR game, Julia Landauer, shared her incredible journey to the top with her impeccable racing skills, passion for STEM, and a degree from Stanford!
11. The registration fee was moderate with lots of discount coupons available, and the ROI was instant, abundant, and satisfying

Partner Solution Showcase – Reinventing Maps for Dynamics 365 CRM/Field Service and Dataverse

As an innovative solutions-producing hub within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, we were thrilled to present a live session on Maplytics to the wonderful interactive attendees! We focused on the following-

1. The flooding acceptance of location intelligence for business success across industries
2. Integration of Maplytics with all the modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for enhanced business productivity
3. How Maplytics is an ideal option for lead generation, targeted marketing, sales planning, ticket resolution, data visualization, and more

5. A smart introduction to the recent innovations of Inogic DeDupeD, and WhatsApp4Dynamics
6. A look at the 16+ Microsoft Preferred Productivity Apps of Inogic, its Partner Programs, etc.

Our session was also graced by our #CustomerForLife, Abby Torres, Director of IT, ReEmployAbility, and a #MSDyn365CRM Architect herself at the session. She shared her invaluable experience of using Maplytics for years now with calculated facts and numbers. It grabbed a lot of attention and genuinely felt like a very worthy pat on our back for the hard work put in!

The response we got for the session was unexplainable and this will be our stock of annual motivation, for us to keep innovating and improving Maplytics further!
