New Microsoft Dynamics admin- how to clear an inherited mountain of outlook bouncebacks

I am new to CRM administration, working in an older version of Microsoft Dynamics for a mid-sized university who hasn't cleaned up their database in a while. A large part of my job is deleting email contacts from our CRM. We get bounce back messages, and a month or so before I came on board to the team there was an incident which led to a mass mailer going out too deep dark vaults of contacts that apparently hadn't been tried in years. Now I have around 9000 (unique) bouncebacks in Outlook, and thus far have been going into the text individually in each one, capturing the emails, searching in our CRM, and manually unsubbing, which is what I was advised to do. That being said, I don't think my managers are particularly tech savvy, so I thought I would ask and see if there are any clever apps, processes, or add-ons that could help with email extraction, or give me better flexibility to search within the CRM itself.

As they say, never slog through tomorrow what you can automate today.

Any advice would be hugely appreciated! Totally willing to learn new skills if I need to build this solution myself.
