What CRM has my essential features?

Does anyone know a CRM system that has all of my essential features?

• Sync tasks to Microsoft 365 – if not natively then via SyncPenguin or similar (must be sync, not just one way push)
• Sync contacts to Microsoft 365 – if not natively then via SyncPenguin or similar)
• Microsoft 365 (Outlook) email integration
• Track email opens/reads for email sent via Outlook (via add-in not just tracking those sent via CRM)
• Custom fields or tags
• Multiple workflows/boards – need boards for two sister companies and potentially more than one board per company

All these features exist in at least one CRM, but struggling to find one that has all of these. Mainly because most websites are very salesy with lots about what they do, but not detail about how they do it.
