Experience with Podium: good or bad?

Hello, all. I work for a locally owned home furnishings company. We currently use PERQ, which is a small company, but they have integration on everything we need. Our owners are being wooed by Podium reps and I’m pretty wary. They’re good ole boys, not too tech savvy, and really don’t understand a lot of what goes into my position. Does anyone have experience with using Podium, especially people in the RTO business? I heard a lot of RTO companies left them and actually went to PERQ, so I’m very curious about how Podium operates.
