Email automatically syncing into programs for team members to see.

WHAT AM I MISSING? Is there email syncing and sorting software?! There HAS to be something!

We have used project management software in the past that integrated with our emails. It would automatically sync all emails from our individual email addresses and put it directly into the clients folder within the software. That was the only feature we really liked about it so we discontinued using it. HOWEVER, I didn’t realize how hard it would be to find that feature! We don’t necessarily need much more than that. We need a program that will sort emails into clients sections and allow everyone to see them.

I have looked into CRM’s but the ones I’ve done trials for we either have to BCC it, or task it to each other. Or it only works if it’s been sent through the system.

There HAS to be some sort of program that will do this?!?
