Need Recommendations for a CRM for a call center

Hello, I'm looking for a CRM that will populate information for call center staff during a phone call. To explain it a bit more, there are 3 parties to this transaction: A – The call center, B – The hotel C – the customer. When party C calls party B and party B misses the call, it rolls over to party A. I need something that will display a customizable pop up that will give information about party B. Most of the one's i've seen give information about party C. For example, if a customer is looking for places to eat in the area, things to do, we should be able to quickly provide it for them.
