( votes)So I'm looking for advice on a CRM for a very small company that doesn't need a whole lot but is very specific pertaining to what they need.
This company acts as a middle-ground for the DOT and the commercial trucking industry so it requires that we maintain company information as well as basic information on each CDL driver within the company so we need that information to be hierarchal. We also need these driver tables to be exportable.
Beyond this, we only need the capacity to add/modify fields and then generate documents or emails based off of what options are selected under some fields.
It's a pretty simple want, I think and most everything on it could be handled from an 'Accounts' tab but I'm having trouble finding a good CRM for us.
