Hi there, I started a real estate photography business earlier this year. I have recently hired someone to start making cold calls to real estate agents. The plan is that I will pull a report from MLS on upcoming listings and listings with 3 or less photos, then send that excel report to my employee, and he will call the agents, tell them about our services, and try to sell them our services for their listing. One thing that is important is that he doesn't call the same agent twice in the same month. I don't want to bombard agents with calls as they already get plenty of sales call each day from other companies. I have gone back and forth with using straight up excel vs a cold calling crm. What CRM would you recommend? Zoho, monday.com, etc? Very small business, only done around $8k in sales since starting in April, but willing to spend some to get a quality CRM. An integration would Quickbooks to send estimates would be nice but not required. Same with appointment calendar integration.
