Java-based open-source CRM Projects that you could recommend

I am currently evaluation Open source CRM software for a project requirement. Are there any good Java-based open source CRM projects that anyone would be able to recommend ?

I did check out Opencrx a bit. But I am having a few installation issues with it currently. Any other suggestions?
