Quickly recognizing and responding to emotions has long been considered the forte of humans, but AI is making inroads in this area too!

CRM tools are now being equipped with AI-powered emotion recognition and response. And their accuracy is increasing as AI technologies like LLMs, facial recognition, audio analysis, automated custom responses, audio-visual chatbots with avatars, and more are rapidly advancing.
