CRM, with calendar, and sms

Does anyone know of an app that can manage my customer details, schedule calendar entries and have a SMS prompt for certain milestones?

Ill explain the last piece. I have a laundry service. I want an app where I can click on certain milestones that keep the customer updates. Eg, your wash is in the machine, it's in the drier, it's being folded, it's on the way home…
