Thinking of doing some consulting work on the side – help me pick a CRM that makes for a good workflow

So I want to start doing a little bit of consulting work on the side. I don’t know how much business it will drum up (and still working full time) so I’m trying to minimize any costs until I get an idea of whether people want my services. I still work full time so this isn’t primary income.

Can any savvy business owners give some advice regarding CRM software – it will only need one seat for me. Ideally I’d like something free/low cost that has a fillable form that automatically builds a CRM customer line. I’d then like to integrate with Zoom (or whatever) if they book a consultation (hopefully with a live calendar like Calendly). Also, if they attach something to the fillable form, it’d be nice to automatically pull that into Drive etc. I’d like something within that platform to generate a quote, and also an integration for some form of signing software to allow for easy acceptance of a quote. Bonus points if it can also integrate/generate an invoice! (I’m well aware that this may be too much for free…)

I expect to be working with homeowners who may not be tech savvy so I want a workflow that is “one click” – I don’t really want them to have to download any additional apps to work with me. So one click to join a conference call, and one click to sign a quote.
