Hi all. I’m setting up a new business serving heads of CRM/ CRM managers.

So I really just want to hear from CRM leaders(or anyone familiar) and understand what your top three issues are at the moment.

I really want to make sure I understand my customers problems properly.

I worked in data and analytics for 10 years, but my superpowers have been in sharing insights. Are insights something of concern? Or is that not an issue at all for CRM leaders.
