Rise CRM

Hello I’m new to the CRM game and have seen rise CRM for our company. I plan on giving our clients access so they can log their company assets, write them off etc..

We’d also use it internally for jobs and our staff (were a 4 people team), I’ve looked at the demo and it pretty much checks all the boxes.

For the customisation I’m guessing I’d need a PHP programmer( sorry if that’s the wrong terminology) can someone point me in the right direction ?
