I have a community healthcare worker organization that needs a CRM. We are looking for a tool that integrates emails (ensuring HIPAA compliance), tracks contracts, manages listservs, provides help desk/customer support, and creates custom databases with ad hoc reporting functionality, all in one.
Unless you have another recommendation, I think it probably comes down to Salesforce, Freshworks, or Zoho? Between those which has the best user expereince?
