The CRM will likely only be managed by 1-2 employees. We have around 5,000 members (many of whom need to be able to update their info through a member portal). We also have a gift shop and would love something that could integrate with a POS system to apply automatic discounts. Currently using Shopify and Quickbooks but that might be changing soon.
