Looking for a very basic CRM that offers Instagram booking (maybe not even a CRM??)

My wife has an online coaching business and conducts all her work through Instagram (booking, leads, basic intro communication). This has worked well for her and she hasn’t needed to create a business website to operate. She has used simplybook.me and honeybook, but both seem to offer way more features than she actually needs (also, simplybook.me was pretty pricy from what I recall). She doesn’t need the project tracking features as clients join, stay on, or leave and some re-join. All she needs out of a CRM is:

-The ability to manage bookings and block off dates/times.

-Offer clients the ability to self book with the ability for her to approve or reject client booking.

-Generate Zoom or Google Meet meetings when booking is confirmed

-Take online payments.

-A client portal for document sharing would be a bonus.

I have a strong feeling Honeybook will do all this, but it’s so feature-rich, it’s hard to navigate. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
