ACT and Quotewerks as CRM

To anyone considering using Quotewerks or ACT as a CRM, Save your sanity and don't.

My company has been using both for the past 20 years and it's been a terrible experience. We never know when we will have access to it, and when we can't get into the software or there is a major error and it needs to be shut down approximately once a week. The best way i can describe it, is it's like someone tried to build it off an outdated foundation and just added random fixes or patches. It's like a black box, house of cards… every week its a new error.

We're a small business and the support from QuoteWerks and/or ACT is not good.

We're moving to another platform later this year and I'm so excited!!!
