App or program to store customer contact info and attach files?

Does anyone know of a program that can do this– When I have a new client I want to be able to create a contact/profile for them on my iPad where I can input their basic contact info and then take a photo of their ID card and attach it to their profile. If it could integrate with Wix or mailchimp, even better but not necessary I guess.
