Need a “client portal” CRM where I can collaborate with a client

I run a coaching business for a very niche audience of professionals.

Need:
1. a place for client/me to exchange messages
2. a place for client to upload docs for my review

Any simple options for such an interface?? I'm using ClickUp now and it doesn't really offer this feature.
