To All My Fellow CRM SalesMen-Lead GEN

I run a small consulting business selling services for CRM software Pipedrive; I get a majority of my leads that do well converting from freelancing websites such as Fiverr. But I've tried email marketing, google ads and a few other avenues to try and find new customers and it is such a pain. Does anyone have any insights or recommendations to find customers who need your services or perhaps dont know they need it yet? Any Advice would be appreciated.
