Looking for Bitrix24 add-on recommendation for the contact form?

Greetings,

Is there anyone using a contact form plugin in Bitrix24 that can be integrated in a company's website or as a separate form where clients can add complaints and it will get notifications in Bitrix24 and allow you to respond to them as well?

Something like this will be perfect.(you can watch first 4 minutes to get the idea) But it should be free. I will be highly thankful.
