Discovery phase before implementing

Hello, I have a big experience in helping people to implement CRM systems and software in general and it always surprises me that sometimes I have to almost "beg" to make a discovery phase beforehand. That's why I decided to make a video where I tell what is discovery phase, what you get in the process of discovery (BPMN scheme, Terms of Reference, Gantt chart) and why do you need this phase.
