CRM for Concert/Music festival planner

Hey all. I organize concerts and raves in my local area, but have recently seen an uptick in demand and thus the scale of my business.

I have been getting overwhelmed at the variety of options for CRM systems that are cheap/free and would really appreciate any guidance.

My needs are as follows:

Software that allows prospective members to sign up through a customizable form, keeps track of all members and their information and allows for SMS and Email outreach. I would like the ability to plan and collect ticket payments for events and have integrated accounting software (Not necessary).
