Office 365 Outlook and ACT

Trying to get e-mails to attach to ACT received in our company Outlook email addresses but to the histories of contacts who are not sender or receivers…any ideas on a solution? I’ve contacted Microsoft, ACT! and our tech support but no one can think of a way to make it happen. Hopefully we’ll be able to import information from an Excel file instead but it doesn’t seem like ACT! has that capability either… (btw the e-mails originate from our site- a report that can only be sent to certain recipients since the material is sensitive) Thanks for any input!
