The best CRM for my business

Hi,

I'm looking for any recommendations for the CRM program for my business.

Explanation:
I'm running this small agency. We basically building Amazon stores for our clients.
We find product suppliers in the USA and then we contact them with the goal of setting up a Wholesale account to get wholesale pricing for their products and resell them on Amazon.

The biggest part of our work is:
Creating tasks for the VAs
Adding supplier leads, emailing them, and calling them if we don't get an answer.
Tracking those leads, what's the status, did we contact them, did they answer, did we get the wholesale account? That's for all individual clients.
Ordering the goods, tracking shipments etc.

This is not about getting clients, this is what we do already for our current clients. I'd like to have the option to invite them as guests to see what we working on and what's going on in general.

I'm new in CRMs but something like a forecasting or planning feature would be nice.

I'm also a HUGE fan of automation and integrations and overall time-saving and efficiency.

So far I've been using ClickUp but I'd like to hear your opinions because with Clickup I'm using only leads tracking for each client and creating tasks for the team.
