Please suggest a CRM

Hello, looking to start using a CRM to manage everything in one place finally

Maybe someone would suggest something that matches these requirements:

1. Adding leads with information such as email, phone number, website. Would be great to have the option of customizing these fields and add must support adding them through the API.
2. Sending cold outreach emails to newly added leads(through gsuite SMTP)
3. Make calls from the dashboard directly, and receive calls
4. Should have all the conversations history with the customer in one place, see the calls made, email communications ( using google workspace)
5. Would be cool to respond to the chat widget that is on the page (nothing is installed at the moment so I'm open for anything that works).
6. Would also be nice to have the chats on viber/whatsapp/telegram on the dashboard, but it is not a must.

Closest thing I was able to find was bitrix24, but after signing up and going through their youtube tutorials I figured out it is a Russian company…
