CRM Recommendation for Supplements (free trial to monthly membership)?

We are looking for a CRM for a new supplement (similar to Instaflex) we are getting to launch. The CRM should be able to setup trial offers, monthly billing, and more. Usually we start with a 14 day trial then enroll them automatically if they do not cancel. We will have a one product page website.

Does anyone know of a good CRM to do this with?
