We’re a small roofing company looking to organize and optimize our leads.

The process now looks like this

Inbound calls/leads answered by office staff

Contact forms on website are directed to office staff’s email

Leads entered in a google sheets table (each sales staff have their own sheet) were 2-3 sales staff have access to on desktop and mobile then call and schedule their meetings/estimates

The google sheets tables are shared with sales staff

What I’d like is the following (affordable and simple?)

What would be the best way to

  • Gather information from inbound calls and contact forms from website
  • Enter contact information (inbound enter manually, contact forms to sync automatically
  • Assign lead to sales rep and have access via both desktop and mobile
  • Enter meeting/estimates in a shareable calendar (automated)
  • Sales schedules meeting/estimate
  • Automated ability to gather and send follow up emails to qualified/estimated leads with different templates once the estimate is done
  • Important to have the ability to see sales schedule/calendar on mobile and have clickable address (google maps/waze) and phone #
