Salesforce Switch

Our company is looking to switch away from Salesforce to a new CRM and marketing platform. We are a small company ~15 staff, with two different brands. Basically, Salesforce has been clunky, difficult, and expensive. The main consideration at this point is Hubspot, but seeking recommendations from others in management roles? Especially from a Marketing standpoint. We want to run things internally and be less reliant on web developers/support etc.
