This will be included with Dynamics 365 Sales and Microsoft 365 pulling insights, recommendations, and contextual information from Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft 365 files and data sources.
Microsoft Viva for general employee reminders started showing up in Outlook email feeds in early 2021. As part of an exciting line extension, the new Microsoft Viva Sales experience will be launched next quarter, providing additional sales insights, sales reminders, and contextual data as well as assisting with some added data entry that sales and service reps perform on a daily basis.
Our CRM consultants see this tool as a valuable means to enrich both the quality of data within your CRM as well as providing a greater salesperson experience, thus boosting productivity. For the app to work it must be turned on by an Admin on your account.
