( votes)We are currently developing a product roadmap for our CRM platform and wanting to know the biggest issues sales and marketing teams face when using a CRM?
A couple of examples we have found via G2 etc include:
– Lack of sales insights into the metrics and performance of our team by time period (quarter, week etc)
– No automation/workflows for simple sales processes
– Complex onboarding processes that are timely to implement
– Lack of 24/7 customer support
Would love to hear some thoughts
