CRM with complete privacy

Does anyone know of a CRM that prevents even system admin/owner from seeing contacts?

Trying to find a CRM that can accommodate me for both business and personal contacts. Need to prevent admin from seeing personal contacts.

Edit: think of it as individual CRMs (private to each user) with the ability to share/publish specific contacts to a joint space .
