How many people have problems with self contacts? How often do you forget about birthdays with your friends?

I have a problem with my contacts book. I often forget about birthdays friends, partners and etc.

But each person has personal dates and sometimes you forget about it.

And I was thinking… How many people have this problem? Would it be possible to do this with a personal CRM?
