Is a CRM right for me?

Quick background on the company I work for:

We provide transportation services through Uber and Lyft Business for the Developmentally Disabled. It’s just myself and the owner.

Each individual is given an allotted amount of miles for anywhere from 3 months to a year and it’s divided by month. I am in charge of tracking the miles taken and also the miles we bill for. I also try to keep track of emails, phone numbers, points of contact, and the contact information of their case workers. I’d like to be able to write notes.

Right now, I’m using excel spreadsheets, folders on the computer for each individual and the notes program.

I’ve tried doing research but I’m just overwhelmed and hope that I can be pointed in the right direction. Our client count is rapidly growing – we’re at 227 now.
