The Problem with Personal Data Protection

The Wingerdbloei staff organizes the work process with families using Dynamics 365 and SharePoint. The CRM holds families’ data files, and SharePoint holds the related documents using one folder per family.

“In a standard integration between Dynamics 365 and SharePoint, the directories in SharePoint are open to all our instructors, no matter if they work with this particular family or not. Obviously, it is a violation of privacy and the GDPR”, states Ben Born.

 

Searching for a Solution
