It’s time to ditch your Dynamics CRM VPN.

Time for some spring clean-up. For most Microsoft Dynamics CRM users who are using an in-house server-based CRM, your IT team has had to set up extra steps to provide secure remote access to your CRM users. This added access is often in the form of a VPN along with some additional technical hoops to allow for access from a home office.

With the current Microsoft SaaS cloud-based Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing and Customer Service), users can log in and authenticate securely via Office 365 / Azure Active Directory using their email, password and 2FA – two factor authentication.

Spring CRM Cloud Upgrade: What’s New in Dynamics 365

As part of your Microsoft CRM Spring Clean-up, look to our team for de-duplication of records, advanced cloud-based workflows, and anywhere-anytime access to Dynamics 365.  Still on-premise? Now is time for your CRM Cloud Upgrade.
