As a part of my Graduate Diploma in Business Management at the university of Aarhus, Denmark. I am doing an analysis of the CRM industry, in relation to that analysis I would like to gain a better understanding of the barriers that influence the decision to acquire or switch CRM vendor as perceived by the customer.
For that purpose i've created the following survey, were you can evaluate the significance of the factors that would influence such a decision.
