Dealersocket holds customer names and addresses and can set phone call reminders and appointment reminders etc.
My family’s business is carpet care and heavily needs to get modernized (no website, no calls for repeat customers) they have been around for 40 years and never updated to modern times.
I am looking for a CRM that can help keep track of customers to call and set appointments for carpet cleaning as well as making yearly maintenance appointments.
I am creating a website that hopefully I can integrate into the CRM when a customer puts their info in creating a web lead to call same day.
What CRM would you guys recommend for that?
