Does anyone here (comfortably or otherwise) use Google Sheets as their CRM tool?

I'm a Google Sheets developer and I would like to know your thoughts on using Google Sheets as a CRM tool.

Is it something you use regularly or is have you found yourself being forced to look for something else?
