Currently we use Zoho but we really just use the quotes and sales order portion. We don't need the pictures of our items, we don't need a website store, we just need a way to make quotes and transfer them to sales orders. For further help, we are a manufacturers representative so we have several groups of products that need to be uploaded at the start and then updated a couple times a year. Being able to upload a new excel file and have the system figure out what's new and what needs to be updated is key.
It seems like the other software options are CRM centric and quotes were tacked on or that the quotes system is great for a store not a rep firm.
We enjoy the way zoho does it, we just aren't happy with their costs. Is there something else out there that is like it or is it the way to go.
