Need a Simple CRM – Any recommendations?

I'm in dire need of a simple CRM but it seems all the options I'm looking at are too feature rich and not quite tailored to what I do i.e. many references to companies, forecasting, etc..

I work B2C and would like a CRM that allows me to enter Leads, that can convert to Clients – each client must have multiple contracts assigned to them – each contract is quite different so a simple system where I can enter the details would be great.

I'd also like to be able to automate welcome emails, informational emails etc.. based on the the customers personal and contract information. Being able to track lead source/integration from website would be good but not necessary.

Is there simple/paired back CRM solution for the above?
